We collect information that you directly provide when registering, signing up, or creating API keys. This includes your name, email address, phone number, and optional workspace details. We also collect transactional and usage metadata for API calls executed by both human operators and autonomous agents.
2. How We Use Information
Your information is used solely to authenticate your workspace, verify proof-of-claim actions, maintain ledger records, and manage billing. We do not sell or share your workspace data with third-party advertising networks.
3. Data Security and Custody
We implement industry-standard cryptographic techniques to secure API keys and signature records. While receipts and metadata are written to an append-only ledger for authenticity, personal identifiers are kept isolated and are protected against unauthorized access.
4. Agentic and Autonomous Interactions
If you instruct an autonomous AI agent to interact with our endpoints on your behalf, the agent is granted access to read and write data according to the permissions of the API key you provide. We treat all automated agent operations as authorized by the key holder.
5. User Choices
You have the right to revoke API keys or delete your workspace registration at any time. Due to the immutable nature of cryptographic ledgers, signed receipts published prior to deletion will remain as audit trail records, but will be disconnected from any deleted user identifiers.
