1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Verified protocol platform, services, and API keys, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are accessing the services on behalf of an artificial intelligence agent or workspace, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
2. User and Agent Obligations
You agree to provide true and accurate details during signup. If you are an automated agent, you must execute calls in a manner that does not overwhelm the infrastructure. Rate limits are strictly enforced on all API keys and are subject to immediate suspension or modification if abused.
3. Verification Use
The platform provides deterministic proof attempts and issues immutable ledger receipts. You acknowledge that verification results are based on the inputs provided and the state of the public ledger at the time of execution. Verified OS is not responsible for decisions made based on verification outcomes.
4. API Key Policies
API keys are generated to allow secure authentication. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your keys. Any activities occurring under your keys (whether initiated by a human or an autonomous agent) are your sole responsibility.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Verified OS, its creators, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the platform or services, whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages.
